Prayer is the backbone for jnX. It's the faithful intercession of our prayer warriors that sustains our ministry. You play an equally important role interceding at the home base as we go out to do the work on the frontline. We can’t do it without you. If you would like to be a prayer warrior for us, click here. Prayer Requests for June and July 2010 1. Anthony’s Biking Accident On May 28, 2010, Anthony fell during biking. Once he returned home, he immediately headed to the ER for urgent medical treatment. Both of his kneecaps were scratched, he has a twisted right ankle and deep fracture on right thumb. Thank God that most of the wounds are not too serious. However, it will take 3 weeks to heal the thumb fracture, and several months to regain its full sensitivity. Although this will affect his keyboard playing, Anthony is grateful for the Lord has watched over him and he is slowly recovering under Isabella’s tender care.
2. 10-year Anniversary Celebration Event
Planning has already begun for this event, which is set for Feb 2011. Please lift up 2 of our volunteer workers, Leo Wong and Anthony Leung, in your prayers. They are both playing crucial roles for this event, while still assisting with other aspects of the jnX ministry. Please pray for the planning committees to have time management skills and the needed concentration to complete tasks. May the power of Holy Spirit help us fight through our everyday challenges.
3. jnX on the Road again
Starting June 8, Anthony and Isabella will begin their 2-month ministry trip traveling between Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and Europe. Different jnX team members in Asia and US will be joining in various segments of their journey. Pray that the Lord will bless them with good health and protect them every step of the way.
4. Our own spiritual relationship with God
No matter what kind of ministry roles we are serving in, if our lives are not aligned with God’s plan, all is rendered worthless. Let us pray that His Words and peace be with us, and we will seek His kingdom and righteousness in all that we do. We have our own ambitions & desires, but nothing will come to fruition without living a Christ-centered life. |
