Terms of Usage and Agreement

Before proceeding to request the sheet music for the ‘Wait…’ CD, please carefully read the following Terms of Usage Agreement. In order for us to send you the sheet music, you must agree and comply with the Terms of Usage as presented below. To agree to the Terms, simply click ‘Yes’ at the end of the Agreement.

We sincerely pray that everyone who uses this music will comply with the copyright laws – glorifying our Lord and edifying His people.

Terms of Usage Agreement

  1. For our records, you must provide your name, address, phone number and email address when you request any copy of the sheet music. If you are requesting for your church or organization, you must provide the full name, address, phone number and email address of your church or organization. Any request with false information or failure to provide such information will be denied.

  2. You can print out up to two copies from each of the digital files of the sheet music that we will email to you for your personal use or review. If you need more copies or you want to use the song(s) for other purposes in any circumstances (e.g. performance, meetings, weddings, songbook, singing group…, etc.), you have to contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   3. The copyright of the sheet music is either owned or administered by joyful noise Xpress, and is protected by copyright laws, and various other intellectual property rights.

  4. As a condition to use the Sheet Music, you must not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of the writers in any way. The unauthorized reproduction, publication, distribution, modification, public exhibition, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of copyright.

  5. Failure to abide by these Terms will be considered a material breach of this Agreement for which jnX may pursue all rights and remedies it has pursuant to this Agreement, and any other rights and remedies it may have at law or in equity.
