Praise Reports

1. A Blessed 5-day Training in Southern China

It was hot, humid and without any air conditioning. But God’s strength sustained our team who served in a leadership camp. We poured our hearts out to minister to a group of young people from the region. At the final session, each one in the group came forward to shake our hands and hug us; there was not a pair of dry eyes in the room. May God continue to nourish what these young people have learned to become better worshipers and vessels for Him!

2. Our Presence at the Annual Hong Kong Book Fair

Thanks to our distribution partner, China Alliance Press, we had three 30-minute sessions at the book fair to promote our ministry. We prayed fervently each morning for the people who may come by the stage/booth, that they would stay long enough to get to know our ministry.

God listened to our prayers! Many people who passed by ended up staying for the entire time. Particularly, they were in awe hearing our only non-Chinese member, Bobby, sing in perfect Mandarin! Many hearts were touched by the Spiritual Healing Project we have done in Sichuan from 2008-2011. All the honor and glory goes to Him!

3. Dancing With the Father - Hong Kong Stop

In our 10-year history, this is the first time that we had ever organized our own worship concert to the people in Hong Kong. Thank you so much for your prayer support. We knew that our Heavenly Father was with us that day because many great things happened.

Our “Dancing with the Father” 10th Year Anniversary Concert was held at Christian Revival Church in Hong Kong on July 30 afternoon. A typhoon was approaching Hong Kong a couple of days prior to the concert. We prayed and God “detoured” its course away from Hong Kong. And on the day of the concert, the weather turned out fine. We had a full house (five to six hundred people), most of them new to our ministry! Praise the Lord for the privilege to minister to people in Hong Kong through this concert. More than 20 people signed up to become prayer warriors and volunteers as a result. This is a very encouraging first step that will greatly help us in establishing a Hong Kong chapter here. Our first volunteers meeting will be held on September 28 in Hong Kong.

4. Ministering to Our Friends in Macau Still Brings us Surprises

This is our third consecutive year ministering in Macau. Aside from conducting worship trainings and the “Dancing with the Father” concert, we get to participate in some actual physical labor! Our hosting church, Horizon Christian Fellowship had just moved into an industrial building, and our team did what we could to assist the local church. This included organizing books in the library, nailing down chairs, scrubbing the floor, installing LCD projectors in the sanctuary, transporting equipment, etc.

Our 10th Year Anniversary Concert on August 7 was very well received and brought in close to 200 people in attendance, many of whom were first-timers. We thank God for the opportunity to minister to the people in Macau and use our musical gifts to lead people closer to God.
